Around 50 KM driving from Salalah through mountains on Yemen Highway. Then 6 KM off road drive will guide you to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world "Fizayah". Sky touching mountains in one end, blue sea touches in the sky on another end, white sand and blue water on the shore increases the beauty of the beach. One wrecked oil ship on the shore creates a special atmosphere there. You can spend long hours in the beach without any disturbance. Please bring enough food and water from Salalah, there is no shops availbale on the road except a petrol pump located on Mugahsail.

Recommended to go on SUV ! You can make in sedan too, but you will enjoy safety and speed of reaching to the destination in SUV. Drive a bit deeper to discover even more beach spots. A lot of spots for privacy, if you are traveling as family. Place to spend couple of quality hours ( swimming, reading or chilling ). Good for barbecue ( however last bit of mountain road is not the best spot to climb back in the dark , so go overnight ). IMPORTANT TONE -do not go hiking down/up - not safe at all. Ladies can swim for sure, just find a little more private spot.
In my opinion a hidden gem, moutains, plants, and the beach in one package. The drive is down the beach is a joy in itself but you need to be comfortable driving down/up such roads. Plan it for a whole day or even an over night camping is a good idea. It is an isolated beach so you need to be self sustained if planning to camp here. The locals have camel farms. Please leave nothing except your footprints and take nothing except your photos. Enjoy.
